Description: The object of the invention in a compact fuel cell powered by direct current named “Hydrogenic electrolyzer”, its aim is to effectively produce hydrogen and oxygen of high purity. The mixture constitutes additional and particularly beneficial component necessary for production and co-combustion of stoichiometric mixture for combustion engines. The effect of the invention is the reduction of use of conventional fossil and petroleum derived fuels, on savings level of 25-40%, without introducing constructional changes and increasing the efficiency of the engine. The invention is destined to be applied in automotive industry as the fuel cell. The invention due to innovative constructional solutions and use of new materials is a safe and maintenance-free device, a part from refilling electrolyte fluid and distilled water. Simple in construction and installation, highly efficient device does not produce gas pressure and does not have transmission wires, which might be damaged or which might leak. Fuel cell uses determined quantities of electric energy provided form the operation of the vehicles AC generator.
